I have now downloaded and installed the vanilla 2.0.3 rc7 build, confirmed correct behaviour; downloaded en-GB 2.0.3 rc7 langpack and installed, confirmed behaviour as documented here; uninstalled langpack, confirmed reversion to correct behaviour.
