Insert an eps figure that has an embedded bitmap preview in a text document and
save -> eps preview is not saved but lost.

This bug seems to have been introduced by a recent update:

- SO7 Product Update 6, Staroffice8 (no product patches, rpm 8.0.0.-124) and
Openoffice 2.0.2.7.1 (SuSE build for 10.0) work fine.
- SO8 PU3 (rpm 8.0.3-5), SO8 PU3 rev 2 and the ooo-dev versions 2.0.3-169 and
2.0.3-173 fail.

Looking into the files (saved as .sxw, renamed to .zip, unzipped) reveals that
previously the images were included as .svm whereas in the defective versions
they are included as plain .eps (w/o preview).

One more observation: 2.0.3-173 tries to regenerate the preview (I suppose
thats connected with issue 9290) but fails to respect a cropped left margin.
The new preview is shifted.
