Performing steps manually freezes writer too, but when in macro the reproduction is easier since I don't know what causes it. Most of the time freezes after single macro execution, some times the cursor still blinks but freezes after I try to scroll the page, and I had a few times it actually passed the first execution, and the world time best score is 3 in a row before freeze. Reproduction: Open the attached file, enable macros, put the cursor on the very first line, blank, before the first table. Execute the macro and Writer should go away.
