Hi,
tried it with OOo2.0.3 and can only confirm that the Footer shows the filename
without the extension. This is not a bug as the field used in the footer is the
one for the document title. As the attacheed document has no title set under
File-Properties the default is to use the filename without extension. This can
easily be checked if you set the title to an arbitrary value and perform a Page
Preview.
So no bug and therefore closed as worksforme.
