Reopening because statement of 'fst' is wrong and the bug persists.
If an information is changed, that is part of a saved file and is restored on
the next open, and this does not trigger the changed flag, this is clearly a bug
and must be fixed. Otherwise one would expect that view settings are never
saved, which is definitely not the case.
And the problem is absolutely reproducible (OOo 2.0.3 Linux):
1. Start OOo Sheet
2. Enter a number in cell A1
3. Use File -> Save
4. Place cursor onto cell B2
5. Use Window -> Fixing
6. Now File -> Save is greyed out and not available although attribute was
changed.
