Because we do not wish to have 4 filtersd regarding TXT/CSV/Calc and CSV/TXT/
Writer (even this would be the right way) and further it's not possible to
change system
integration during patches (which would be an option also to have 1 type with
two
registered filters) .... I've established a "workaround" inside the code.
Now the type detection will be overruled hardly in case a preselected document
service
exists and the "wrong type for these application" was detected.
This workaround only fix problems regarding txt/csv file.
