Hi,
this Issue is invalid, as the system locales have to be used. KDE like Gnome are
window managers and graphical user interfaces. Applications written for KDE or
Gnome have to reflect the locale settings from these systems, but OOo isn't
written explicitly for one of the interfaces but for X11 systems.
