Mathtype elements resize problem if you insert-edit some new characters from
mathtype.

System windows XP SP1
Word 2000 SR 1
Openoffice 1.9.79
Mathtype 4.0b and 5.1

How to reproduce it.
1. Open word
2. Insert an equation with mathtype
3. Save and close the file.
4. Open the file with Openoffice
5. Double-click on the equation element (launch Mathtype)
6. Add some stuff (few characters) in the equation
7. Save and close the equation (Ctrl+F4)

And the object size (witdh and Height) doesn't change in openoffice despite the
insertion of some characters.

See the example files.
