I am sorry, I can not reproduce this issue.
the attached picture is having 256*166 pixels, the resolution given by the pPhy
chunk is
3661*2835 pixels per meter, now the logical size of the graphic is 6,99 * 5,85
cm, in my opinion everything is correct.
Is it possible that your zoom factor is not 100% after inserting the graphic
into Draw/Impress ? then indeed the graphic looks too small :-)
