DId not apply patch; instead fixed the crash in ImplSelectItem. IMHO it must be
valid to not have an item id of 1.
I'm not the owner of ValueSet, but the SetColor method would only change
something for items that are not of type color (that is images, space or so).
The color seems to be the background color behind those items. However in the
svdem there are only color items, so there is no use in calling SetColor on the
value set. Dont't know what was intended here.
