I just checked again with Thunderbird 1.5.0.4: it still does not support
attaching documents via "open -a",
which https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=287345 is about, and also
thunderbird-bin seems
not to support the "-remote" switch:(
So even if the user would fiddle through the path to thunderbird-bin, the
document only gets attached
when thunderbird is not already running.
=> Thunderbird problem, closing as INVALID.
