MRU->MBA: the first level of the user defined outline is imported as a normal
numbering, thus it seems, that the outline has a wrong start number. The style
"title-chapter" should be the first level of the outline then followed by the
"h1n" / "h2n" paragraph styles.
This problem is not new in OO2, it was also present in OO1. It was not
inttroduced by the changes in the numbering subcomponent.
