The zero date is the date that corresponds to value 0 when a cell is formatted
ad date.
There are 3 possible options.
One is that 0 -> 1/1/1904
The default is 0 -> 12/30/1899
The other is 0 -> 1/1/1900
As you see from 12/30/1899 and 1/1/1900 there is exactly 2 days, so maybe that
you two PC are configured differently.
Check-it and let us know.
