clu->ufi: works fine in english version (680m175) - after a further check on a
680m176 multi (f.e. german) it seems that database help does not work proper if
no database is open -> as you see in the described issues (also if you click on
the help button by creating a new database - 'database wizard') - but in
opposite to that the help i tried in an open database works fine as often as i
tried it => because of that i rise the prio
