pjanik: I guess you would have to use OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=kde to see the change;
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN affects just the plugin, but not the features like the file
dialog etc.
vagula: But as long as the up-stream builds do not have the KDE file dialog,
it's correct that the corresponding UI setting is not present => not a bug.
