Note that I had to adapt the two number format codes formatindex="44" and
formatindex="45" to use the changed Time100SecSeparator, which is what the
second warning above is about.
Also changed the currency format code tag from [...-043f] to [...-43F], removing
the leading zero and changing to uppercase, as otherwise duplicated formats are
generated by the number formatter preview, one set with leading zero and
lowercase, and a second set without leading zero and uppercase.
