Instructions for using uploaded file:
- Open a new document using the template.
- Open the stylist (I use F11) and go to the page-styles tab
- Try to change the follow-on page style for 'working-doc_contents-a' to also
'working-doc_contents-a' instead of the current setting
('working-doc_standard')
