Hi,
hope I'm not getting on peoples nerves with this issue. I have just onsulted the
Oasis Spec. It is actually specified (Section 15.5.15, Heading 'Lines') that a
value of 0 or 1 in the drop-cap lines attribute means that drop-caps are
disabled.

In otherwords, OO/SO is perfectly spec-compliant here. It's probably better to
close this whole issue.

Pity, would have been a useful formatting help instead of having to mark each
first word and then click bold-face.

Regards,
Charles
