Attached file ("AMOVED3.xls") is incorrectly displayed with m176 - instead of
Russian characters wrong symbols are displayed (please see big area circled in
red on attached "m176.GIF"). OOo 2.0.2-2.0.3 display the file just fine
(see "release-202.GIF").
