unable to reproduce, so back to dbaneedsconfirm.
I could successfully connect to a Firebird database using the ODBC driver, but
cannot enter any data at all (OOo doesn't even provide this option). Also,
opening the table design of a previously created table shows an empty field
list. Those are separate issues which need to be investigated first, so I cannot
continue with this one here ATM.
