It has happened many times, so I know it is not a fluke. I'm not sure, but I don't think the problem occurs when the RD list has less than 10 entries. My current RD list has 10 entries and is not growing (normal). Now, when I open a file and save it, I see that it is on the RD list and after closing Writer and reopening it, I still see the filename on the RD list.
