The File -> Recent_Documents -> (documents) hide the document name if the
document is on network or any other deep directories. The full document name
and path will only displayed on mouse highlight.

I think it can be improved further. I compared OOo with other applications,
such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or M$ Word/Excel. OOo will be a bit complicated as
it mixed various formats under the same menu. The complication comes when the
file name is the same for different type of document.

Here is my sample proposal:-

File Number 1.odt (C:\My Documents\...)
File Number 1.ods (//network/direc/...)
Long file_n...odg (//network/direc/...)
Any other t...doc (C:\My Documents\...)
Another typ...xls (\home\unix_home\...)

The concept is to display the document and the path as secondary. Of course the
full_path with the document name on mouse highlight should remain. And no
numbering.

Thanks.
