Hi,
it's not a bug. If you select some cells and try to apply a filter on them, a
new filter is set and has to look for headers in the selection, if none is
present, the column is used. This is intentional and has to be that way,
otherwise you may get in trouble if you want to define another filter based on
the filtered range.
