With Calc,
 1. Enter an equation =1/10 into a cell.
 2. Confirm a displayed text saying 0.1 .
 3. Apply a number format "Fraction" to the cell.
 4. Confirm if the text turns into 1/10. 
    In reality, 1/9, instead. 

Is that designed? Maybe, yes. but, ...

Software engineers know that 1/10 is a recurring decimal number in binary.

That, however, could be taken care of a little bit to make it better 
from end user's point of view. Don't you think so?
