JSC -> TBO: make a default installation of the office (remove installed office
or check at least that oxt is not already registered in the windows registry,
simply search for oxt and office.Extension). After the installation of the
office a double click on a *.oxt extension shouldn't install the package but a
windows dialog pops up and ask for an application to open the file. No registry
entries for oxt are registered during the setup.
