Unfortunately, we have no ressource available to fix or improve the HTML
component, so that we only can fix crashes and huge regressions.
Also, you cannot expect an 1:1 export to HTML in this case.
It contains 7 empty text paragraphs and only frames anchored to those paragraphs
but positioned *relatively* to the page. There is no "pages" in HTML, so the
frames position themselves "where they can" around the 7 paragraph which are
grouped at the top of the page (no page break).
So, no bug here.
