I just learned about this issue. Why would a German use "Help" instead of
"Hilfe"?
This only leads to confusion when it comes to declination of nouns:
"des Help Agent" or "des Help Agents" or "des Help Agenten" etc etc
Call it Hilfe-Agent. "Office-Assistent" is definitely misleading
