I checked with "2.0.3RC5 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9036)]" and can NOT
confirm that problem - Document will be opened as HTML-WRITER-Document quite
normal when I use Menu "File - Open" from CALC.

You see this as a Spreadsheet problem - may I ask you, why you do so? It is not
impossible to open a HTML document in CALC. Do you mean the problem happens If
you try to open the document from an active CALC window, but it works if yo try
from any other OOo module like WRITER or DRAW?
Please contribute a clear step by step instruction containing every key press
and every mouse click how to reproduce the problem.
Please also contribute your OOo settings for "Writer/Web" and "Load/Save -
HTML"
