2006 -------
The localisations of special keys like the German ones for Backspace
(Rückschritt) or Slash (Schrägstrich) are not working properly. Instead of
showing the "Umlauts" the String "" is shown, e.g. "Alt + Rckschritt"
instead of "Alt + Rückschritt".
Reproducable on Ubuntu Dapper, Ubuntu Edgy, Debian Sid, using either
distribution-packages or ooo-ones, using german UTF-8 and Iso-locale.
I found the wrong encoding in file "vcl/unx/source/app/keysymnames.cxx". Not
only German l10n seems to be affected, all non-ascii keys are shown as the same
string "". In cvs, the last revision of the file that do not show this
replacement-string is 1.11.

Confirmed; some editor changed the encoding.
