Accepted. If the formula is entered as an array formula the single cells should
have different results for the +RAND() expression. Easiest test case: in A1:A3
enter the value 0 in each cell, and in B1:B3 enter =A1:A3+RAND() as array
formula (close with Ctrl+Enter). Result is three times the same value, should be
different values instead.
