First, could you please try out with OO 2.0.3; there some similar lockups have
been fixed.
Second, if the problem still exists in 2.0.3, please reopen this issue and
attach the mentioned document, I am not able to reproduce the problem with my
sample document built from the scratch. Thanks a lot!
