Looks that i totally forgot to implement and test a Cws.pm/set_subversion in
cwsqueryenhance2.
And well it turns out that the Perl SOAP interface is not good at handling
Boolean parameters. It works well with Boolean returned - we already used that
quite some time in Cws.pm - but it just doesn´t want to handle a Boolean
parameter. The actual error returned in EIS.pm from the SOAP lib is
"Schema/namespace for type 'Boolean' is not specified.' Will have to offer an
additional method that takes an int parameter on server side and offer a
corresponding Cws.pm/set_subversion method.
