2006 -------
It was found that when the JVM was getting aborted, it would also re-start the
CVSupd process. The JVM restart issue is now handled by removing parallel GC
option in JVM. Hence the post mortem is complete.
A separate core product issue is created to decouble CVSupd from being impacted
due to a a JVM related issue.
