I have now tried both with the English language OOo 2.0.3 and the Swedish
language 2.0.3 rc7 and the problem still remains. Opening Issue66803.odt and
saving it in Word format causes the text "This text is above the image" to end
up below the image. This is on Windows XP Tablet PC Edition.
