Customize your Draw UI in this way:
Standard toolbar > Visible Buttons > enable '3D Effects'.
View > uncheck 'Page Pane'
Drag the dialog window '3D Effects' to the left border and dock it there.
Hide the window '3D Effects' by clicking on the little points.
Close Draw

Now open a new Presentation. The '3D Effects'-window is open in docked style.
But there is no direct way to close it (I mean close, not hide). I personally
know that I can make a dummy 3D-Object and use its context menu. But I think,
that Draw and Impress should have an independent UI and that the '3D
Effects'-window should appear in Impress only if I opened it in Impress and not
if I opened it in Draw.
