This problem happens in CWS mdbdriver02, not in the main trunk.

If you open an MSAccess database containing date columns (for instance, use the
bugdoc attached to issue 65045), then those dates are reported as string to the
user. That is, they're always formatted using an english locale, and the
information about them being a date is completely lost.

This is a stopper for the integration of this driver, as it is inappropriate for
an international product such as OpenOffice.org.

Sadly, the date-as-string-delivery is hard-coded inside the MDBTools, so this is
not (only) a problem of the driver on OOo side, but the MDBTools themself also
need to be patched.
