------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Aug 7 04:52:01 -0700 2006 ------- This problem happens in CWS mdbdriver02, not in the main trunk. If you open an MSAccess database containing date columns (for instance, use the bugdoc attached to issue 65045), then those dates are reported as string to the user. That is, they're always formatted using an english locale, and the information about them being a date is completely lost. This is a stopper for the integration of this driver, as it is inappropriate for an international product such as OpenOffice.org. Sadly, the date-as-string-delivery is hard-coded inside the MDBTools, so this is not (only) a problem of the driver on OOo side, but the MDBTools themself also need to be patched. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
