Also if you will enter time as seconds,miliseconds to any cell formated as
ss,00
you have to write whole time as
00:11,22
just entering 11,22 is not understand as time (remeber the format of cell is
time), but as some other number, and the result is strange
format result
MM:SS,00 16:48,00
[HH]:MM:SS,00 269:16:48,00
SS,00 48,00
Microsoft Excel works as expected, the time is regognized.

Hi,
basically a double to Issue 6307 .
And as Excel works the same way ( formatted a cell with userdefined format ss,00
entered 11,22 and got the same result as in Calc ) we should do it as Excel does
just for compatibility reasons.
