AW->WG: From external, please verify. Changes:
When using the polygon toolbar:
- setting to polygon will straighten the edges
- setting to curve (2 types) will create curve control points and smooth polygon
accordingly (forcing to continuity)
When using the convert to (conext menu)
- when converting poly to curve, control points are produced but not forced to
continuity
- no more in-between points will be produced when converting straight curve
edges to polygon
