This known problem occurs when using the Windows system file-dialog (file-open,
save, save-as, doubleclick in explorer,...). This dialog locks the currently
used folder, so that it can´t be renamed, deleted,... This happens in every
other application which uses this dialog, too (Notepad, Wordpad,...). A
workaround is, to select a different folder afterwards to "unlock" the folder
that´s going to be renamed or deleted,...or... to use OOo´s own dialogs
(tools/options/general) which don´t have this problem. Not an OOo issue ->
invalid and closed.
