Was trying Writer version in OOO 2.0.3.

Had written less than a page, file was previously opened and saved.
When I clicked on Tools>Options, the program immediately shut down.
Poof! I never saw the Options window. It was like

I was able to start again, and recovery mode came up.
It recovered up to a prior point (autosave set at default 10 min).

The only thing out of the ordinary that I can remember doing
before the Poof! was that I had changed the file name, using file save-as,
to give the file a new name. But I had added text to the doc after that, before
clicking Tools>Options. It did not ask if I wanted to save changes. It just
closed.

Doc only had text in it. I had been turning on/off bullets and numbering before
the Poof!
