AW: With OD we worked on the following:
- at repaints SwRootFrm::Paint uses PrePaint and PostPaint
- at scrolls, ViewShell::Scroll uses PrePaint and PostPaint
- when DL is inited, SwViewImp::MakeDrawView uses BeginDrawLayers and
EndDrawLayers to init Overlay (if window)
AW: Works well, added SetBufferedOverlayAllowed(true) to SwDrawView::SwDrawView
to allow SW to use buffered OverlayManager
