NO!!! This is NOT a duplicate of 39486!
Specifically, 39486 is this (the summary) "Implement a shortcut to jump to the
saved cursor position." This not what this issue is.
In this issue, I am asking for the old behavior back, so that when I open the
document it just starts were I left off. Read the conversation on that issue and
the conversation in #41136 and you will see.
I do NOT want just a shortcut, I want the 1.1.x behavior back.
