Currently there's no dedicated graphic toolbar available. The toolbar for
graphics is the one used for frames.
->cd: Should we add another toolbar to the configuration (the xml-file already
exists but uses the frame dialog, too) or should the properties-icon be changed
to a command that calls the dialog appropriate for the selected object instead
of a hard connection to the frame or graphic dialog?
