This has been also checked under m181 Pavel build. Step to reproduce : . Create a new style based on Default . under the Condition tab, check Conditionnal Style . select Header in Context list and Header in Paragraph Style and press Apply . select Footer in Context list and Header in Paragraph Style and press Apply . press OK to close the dialog . select the new style you just creat and select modify in contextual menu . the Context listed in front of the Applied styles are now 9th numberring level and 10th numberring level. So the conditionnal style you've fixed won't apply anymore.
