Reopened, I checked again with "1.1.4 (German) WIN XP: [645m52 (Build 8824)]"
and now I _was_ able to reproduce the problem.
How I reproduced the problem:
1. open 1.1.4
2. open new writer document
3. Menu "Insert - Table" (2 rows, 2 columns, with heading
4. Mouseclick into top left cell
5. Mark complete table with <cntrl>+<a>
6. Menu "Format - Table - Borders"
7. click "Set Outer Border and All Inner lines"
8. select border : last but two from selecteion (4.5 pt)
able borders will be changed: outside thick and inside thin line
all looks fine
9. Now print: you will see some ugly breaks in the borders.
Printout from my HO offficejet 6110 looked like my screenshot
"Result from print with generic postscript printer in Postscript file"
The gaps will remain if you open the .sxw with 2.0", but in native 2.0 files I
can not see that problem.
Strange:
- 1.1.4 PDF export does not show those gaps
- gaps look different in FreePDF and Postscript from Adobe Generic PS Pringer
I created a testkit containing:
- 'mytest_samplefile.sxw': native 1.1.4 testfile
- 'mytest_samplefile.ps': Generic Postscript Printer result
- 'mytest_samplefile.pdf': Printout from FreePDF
- 'mytest_samplefile_PDFEXPORT.pdf': PDF export from 1.1.4
- 'mytestfile20.odt': samplefile created with
"2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]"
- 'mytestfile2.0.ps': Generic Postscript Printer result from 'mytestfile20.odt'
without any gaps in the shown table
- 'screenshots.odg' showing the gaps
