------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Aug 19 05:17:07 -0700 2006 ------- ericb->smsm1 Yes, exactly : we build on Panther to assume the full compatibility on 10.3 and 10.4 ( PowerPC ). The problem is gcc-3.3 parser has a lot of problems (gcc-4.0.x is ok), inclding with templates. Templates are used when the same function is used (as model) : - several times, - with different types as parameters. Now we have to analyse how this template can be replaced, or provide a workaround ... or .. Last, I'm not sure stop to assume compatibility with 10.3 is a good idea. Waiting, update check is -if I'm not wrong- useless for us on Mac OS X: avoid to build it solves the issue. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
