Not reproducible as well. The penguine is a bitmap. For changing a bitmaps
transparency, color value etc. there is an own toolbar (Picture toolbar) that
displays automatically when a bitmap is selected. the settings under style are
for drawing objects and texts. Please refer to the help for closer explanation.
