vq->fs: Frank, which 4nt version do you use?

I just tried the 30 day testversion of 4nt 6.01, I still have the '/nul'
in the "if not exist ..." line, but like cmd.exe 4nt now accepts this.
(For the unmofified m79 python sources.)

(This means that the OS="Windows_NT" -> NULL='' in the *.mak makefiles
still doesn't work, but 4nt doesn't care anymore.)

vq->hjs,fs: Can you please check if you have the '/nul' in the "if not exist
..."
lines, I'd like to know if this is a local problem.
