I think it is better to have an uppercase algorithm :-) These problems exists only for title or other part where all letter are write with uppercase letters. The spell checker work like this: 1) if a word is all lowercase, than it is correct to have only the first or all letters in uppercase characters 2) if a word have at least one uppercase letter than that word must be write exactly as you have found it in the dictionary (if it is uppercase only the first, than all can be uppercase) rule 2 must be changed to: than word must be exactly as you have found it in the dictionary or it is all uppercase (always). This will solve these problems and I do not think he can create new one.
