This issue is a remainder of a regression caused when integrating cws impress100
(fixing issue 56656, and moving 'graphictools' from svtools to vcl. Regression
should have been fixed with issue 68273, but not all necessary modules have been
rebuilt.
Now module 'cppcanvas' dependencies have been corrected => fixed.
